My top 10 "in-between meal" meals:

1. Salt-free rice cakes with Krema natural chunky peanut butter
2. Fage Greek yogurt mixed with 1 scoop UMP protein powder
3. Sliced cucumber, carrots and celery with hummus
4. Protein pancakes or muffins
5. Boar's head low-sodium sliced turkey wrapped in a full romaine or collard green leaf
6. Bowl of steel-cut or old-fashioned oats with fresh berries
7. Ezekiel bread with 1 Tbsp. natural nut butter
8. One hard-boiled egg + four hard-boiled egg-whites
9. Handful of unsalted, mixed nuts and/or seeds
10. Protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop UMP protein powder, and frozen strawberries. Yum!
